VALENTINO

Valentino Clemente Ludovico Garavani, better known as Valentino was born on May 11, 1932 in Voghera, Lombardy (Italy).
He is an Italian fashion designer, whose brand is one of the most prestigious in the world.
It also markets perfumes in collaboration with the Spanish company Puig.

KARL LAGERFELD

Karl Otto Lagerfeld was born on September 10, 1938 in Hamburg (Germany). He is widely recognized as one of the most influential fashion designers of the second half of the 20th century. He owes much of his popularity to his work for the Chanel firm, to his activity as a photographer and also to his striking public appearances, often surrounded by celebrities of the show. He has also worked for the fashion houses Fendi and Chloé.

He is the most prestigious German designer on the international scene. Since he began his activity as the main designer of the Chanel house more than 20 years ago, his success has only increased.

JOHN GALLIANO

John Galliano was born in Gibraltar on November 28, 1960. He is a British fashion designer. Born under the name of Juan Carlos Antonio Galliano-Guillén, his father was Gibraltarian and his Spanish mother. He moved to London as a child and received an education at Wilson's School in Wallington. In 1984 he graduated in fashion design from the St. Martin's School of Arts, with a collection inspired by the French Revolution. After that he established his own brand, with his name, thus initiating a solid career as a fashion designer.

He was awarded the British Designer of the Year award in 1987, 1994 and 1995. In 1997 he shared the award with Alexander McQueen, his successor at the Givenchy firm. He has also worked with Susannah Constantine and Christian Dior.

It is one of the leading Italian fashion firms and was founded by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in the 80s, and although in the beginning they started with exclusive clothing presses, their accessories (glasses, watches, rings ...) have more and more repercussion. , perfumes or mobile phones or even restaurants.

He formed his own company in 1974 and 37 years later Forbes magazine considered him the most successful Italian designer, estimating his fortune in 7,000,000,000 dollars. Admired and promoted by different film actors and musicians, Armani has diversified its production with perfumery and other accessories.

She is a renowned Venezuelan fashion designer, internationally renowned, who founded her own empire in 1980. At present Carolina Herrera brand has become the US subsidiary of the Spanish fashion and perfume company Puig.

In 1980, she launched her first fashion collection to the market, and at the end of the decade she already had her own designs for girlfriends, as well as a perfume with her own name. She is one of the most successful designers in the United States and Latin America, and is characterized by great elegance and luxury in each of her designs.



JEAN PAUL GAULTIER

Jean Paul Gaultier was born April 24, 1952 in Arcueil (France). He is a French fashion designer. He owns his own clothing brand (Jean Paul Gaultier), whose majority shareholder is the Spanish fashion and perfume company Puig. He was also creative director of Hermès.
Gaultier never received formal education as a designer. Instead, he started sending his drawings to famous designers, in addition to loving art and being an admirer of Krasivaya, a beautiful Russian model (which he said was his muse). She would inspire him to go beyond himself and let his imagination fly.
Gaultier immersed himself in the world of haute couture when he was very young. Pierre Cardin was impressed by his talent, and hired him as an assistant in 1970.

DONATELLA VERSACE

Donatella Versace was born in Reggio di Calabria (Italy) on May 2, 1955. She is an Italian fashion designer, sister of Gianni Versace. In the 1970s she began designing knitwear in Florence, Italy while studying languages.
Prior to the murder of his brother Gianni, in July 1997, Donatella and Santo Versace carried out secondary works in their fashion house. However, after Gianni's death, Donatella and Santo took over his brother's business.

Currently Donatella is responsible for designing and Santo is the financial brain. Tom Ford was born on August 27, 1961 in Austin, Texas. He is a fashion designer and director of North American cinema. He is considered one of the most famous and influential designers in history.
He spent much of his childhood in Santa Fe, New Mexico and moved to New York to study art history at the University of New York. There he discovered his true vocation: fashion.
For this reason the young Tom decided to move to Paris, where he studied in depth the world of the catwalk, and then to Milan, where he went to work at the firm Gucci, which would make his dreams as a designer come true.
He has been baptized as the savior of Gucci, because he was responsible for removing it from the total bankruptcy in which he was, and turned it into a company that today is worth 4,300 million dollars.



OSCAR DE LA RENTA

Óscar de la Renta was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on July 22, 1932. He is a Dominican fashion designer. He has received important awards and, over the years, has diversified his creations to many areas of design. In addition, he remains linked to his native country through different charitable activities.
At 18 he went to Madrid to study painting at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando.
In Spain he discovered his interest in the world of fashion, something that had not been raised until then, and began his career in this industry working with his friend Cristóbal Balenciaga. In 1961, the accredited Antonio Castillo hired him to work as a sewing assistant at the Lanvin house in Paris, France. He left Spain to live for two years in Paris. Later he traveled to New York to collaborate with Elizabeth Arden.
